the location is awesome as it is close to the city center plus the train station! everything looks exactly like the photos. basic amenities are available and perfect for a short stay. the hotel felt clean and well kept.

victorian style helpful staff comfortable room easy parking
the building features beautiful victorian style. the staff helped me carry my luggage. the building is very close to a bus stop and not far from the city center. the modern room felt comfortable and street parking seemed easy.

awesome location and super clean rooms!
handy location clean room
The guest house location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. there are buses and trams nearby. It's super convenient! the room was unbelievably clean, probably the cleanest i have ever stayed in. i really liked the straightforward access to the building and the friendly communication.
The shower pressure was a little low. It was sometimes difficult to get the right temperature since it alternated between hot and cold.

There were groceries. a good pub and bar nearby, it made grabbing a quick bite really easy. It was definitely a plus for convenience.

The location was fantastic! the tram stop for the airport was so close, and princes street was within walking distance. I could easily get everywhere.

The room was cosy and clean, and it had a kettle for tea and coffee. I appreciated having a way to make a hot drink right in my room. i found it was very practical.

The location was convenient. The bus stop and tram were very close. It was easy to reach many landmarks. the room was big and the bathroom well equipped.
the furniture seemed cheap and damaged. i also noticed stained walls. the tv barely functioned though it was there.

i found the staff very friendly. they allowed me to leave my luggage upon arrival. it was a big relief as i was tired from my journey. the room was clean and spacious with good amenities.
the tv in my room barely functioned.
